What is Review Your Doctor?
Review Your Doctor is patient feedback and Google review management software for UK healthcare businesses. Teams can share branch feedback links and QR posters, manage private feedback, send appointment-based review invitations and respond to Google reviews after connecting an authorised Google Business Profile.
Who is Review Your Doctor for?
It is designed for UK dental clinics, private clinics and independent healthcare practices. Owners can manage multiple businesses, each with its own branches, customers and team access.
Can I read and reply to Google reviews from the dashboard?
Yes. Connect the Google account authorised to manage your Business Profile, choose your profiles and match them to branches. Reviews and ratings are synchronised to the dashboard. You can draft a reply, review it and explicitly approve publication on Google. Updates depend on Google access, profile eligibility and sync completion.
Are public Google reviews available to every patient?
Yes. Every rating receives the same public Google review option when a branch review link is configured, alongside private feedback and a skip option. Review Your Doctor does not hide the public review option based on a patient's rating. A private submission is separate from a review posted on Google.
When can appointment review invitations be sent?
On an eligible plan, a branch can request a review after each completed appointment, after every chosen number of completed sessions, or when treatment is marked finished. Teams configure a delay and a minimum interval between requests for the same customer across the business. Email sending requires a configured sender and enabled branch rules.
Can each branch have its own Google profile?
Yes. Google profiles can be matched to individual branches. Owners can manage the business, while assigned managers work within their authorised branch scope. Plan limits apply to active branches per business.
How much does Review Your Doctor cost?
Monthly plans are Starter at £49.00 for up to 3 active branches, Growth at £59.00 for up to 5, and Pro at £69.00 for up to 10. See the current pricing section for included features and contact us about a group of independent practices.
Does it connect to Jane, Cliniko or Fresha?
Ready-to-use Jane, Cliniko and Fresha integrations are not currently offered. Teams can enter customers and appointments manually. Contact us to discuss your booking system and required data before agreeing an integration.
What information is needed to request a review?
For email invitations, teams need a customer email address, the relevant branch and a completed appointment or treatment marker. The invitation rule and sender must be configured. Private feedback can include contact details supplied by the patient. Patients should avoid including clinical or sensitive treatment details in feedback.
Where can I find privacy and data-processing information?
Our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement describe how the service handles personal data and the responsibilities of the healthcare business. Review these documents before entering customer information or enabling email invitations.
